Data deletion

How to request it

• Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion" from your account email, and tell us the business or the connected WhatsApp number.
• If you have an account, you can also request it from the privacy section of your Mateo AI Agent account.
• If you removed Mateo AI Agent's access from Facebook or Meta, Meta notifies us automatically and gives you a confirmation code. Keep it: you can use it to ask us about your request at [email protected].

What is deleted

Your account and business data: assistant settings, stored conversations, appointments and reminders, the WhatsApp connection (encrypted access tokens) and the calendar connection. We do not store data from your personal Facebook profile.

What is kept

Only what the law requires: payment records and minimal tax data, separated from your account and without your conversations.

Timeframe

We complete the deletion within 30 days of the request at most and confirm by email once it is done.
