What data we process and where it comes from

The business email address and company name and, where published, the contact person's name and job title. We collect them from public sources: the company's own website or public professional directories where the company published them.

Purpose

B2B sales outreach: introducing Mateo AI Agent, an AI assistant for WhatsApp customer care and bookings, to businesses.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in making our service known to businesses. Messages relate to the recipient's professional activity, and every email includes a simple way to opt out.

Retention

Up to 12 months from the last contact if there is no reply, or until you object, whichever comes first. If you opt out, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so we do not write to you again.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure and objection, as well as restriction and portability where applicable. To exercise them, reply BAJA (or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any of our emails or write to [email protected]. We reply within one month at the latest.

Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France, cnil.fr), the Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (Belgium, autoriteprotectiondonnees.be) or the data protection authority of your country of residence.

International transfers

The controller is in Argentina, which benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision (Decision 2003/490/EC). Email and hosting providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR are used, such as standard contractual clauses.

We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling with legal effects concerning you.
